I had a few free nights to use up and we gave this place a go for a few days of motorcycling in the mountains. The location was okay, with a short ride to the curvy roads. Rooms were clean if a bit spartan. The staff at the desk was superb. Very strange that they billed us for water. My normal IHG hotels just give me water when I check in...as well as a snack. The breakfast bar was adequate, but there was never hot water/coffee available. Luke warm at best, so no way to make oatmeal, etc. Parking was quite nice.
Location and breakfast were great. First time in a long time we have really fresh blueberries with the other fresh fruits at a hotel in a long time.
Room was clean and neat. Bed was comfortable. Stayed for 4 nights. Right across from casino. Recommend for budget friendly nights rest after selling your soul at the casino

Great location across the street from the Casino. Also a great Homebase for outdoor activities in the Smokey Mountain National Park. Friendly staff and clean rooms.
Savannah at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Even though her shift was during a snowstorm and she must have been exhausted, she greeted us every single time with a genuine smile. Her positive attitude and dedication did not go unnoticed. This hotel is very lucky to have such a hardworking and truly kind employee—she made our stay so much better.
Very nice, budget friendly hotel. Great location across the street from the casino, a very short drive to Cherokee shops, and activities and also Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free buffet breakfast was a nice amenity. Our bed was very firm so you may want to ask if you prefer something different. Even though we’re not gamblers, the casino had some nice restaurant options. Overall, a great stay and we will definitely go back.
I would love to give this facility 5 stars but the breakfast area cleanliness was a subpar experience. The photo is the waffle iron prior to the first use of the day. It is crusted in food residue. The tongs used to remove waffles were not cleaned during my 4 day stay. Do better.
